🇨🇬 Congo-Brazzaville
Congo-Brazzaville taxes salaries through the ITS (impot sur les traitements et salaires), created by the 2026 finance law (Law 42-2025 of 31 December 2025) to replace the salary component of the IRPP (CGI arts. 114-116 I). Annual scale per part: a flat 1,200 XAF up to 615,000 XAF, then 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% above 5,000,000 XAF (art. 116 G). The base is gross pay minus the 4% employee CNSS pension contribution (base capped at 1,200,000 XAF/month), then a 20% lump-sum deduction (art. 116). The 0.5% CAMU solidarity contribution applies to the fraction of monthly pay, net of CNSS, above 500,000 XAF; it is not deductible from the base. Figures shown are for a single taxpayer (one part).
